Gain clarity in the shift!

Life keeps moving. Plans wobble. People change. You change.

I help people + organizations get honest about what is happening, decide what matters now + move forward with their time, energy + presence intact.

I’m leading people through change

I help leaders + organizations understand what is getting in the way, strengthen the behaviors underneath trust + culture, + equip people to move through change with more clarity, steadiness + humanity.

  • Speaking + Facilitating

  • Coaching + Mediating

I’m leading myself through change

I offer focused coaching for people moving through growth, tension, transition, increased responsibility, a difficult decision, or a high-change season. I create space to process what is shifting, strengthen decision-making + find the next clear step.

WELCOME TO

Something needs to shift. You can feel it.

Maybe you are a CEO with a year left to bring a stalled plan to life. Maybe you are leading a team through growth, pressure, new technology, tension, or expectations that keep changing. Maybe you are a mother determined to make next summer feel better than the last one.

The setting changes. The questions underneath it sound familiar.

  • What is actually happening?

  • I need to tell them “no”.

  • How am I gonna do this?

Where are my time + energy going?

  • This is so hard + I feel all alone.

That is where I come in.👋🏾

How it works

1. See clearly. We name what is happening beneath the noise, pressure + surface symptoms.

2. Choose intentionally. We align your time, energy + presence with what your current moment requires.

3. Practice deliberately. We build the behaviors, conversations + rhythms that can carry the change forward.

The work stays grounded in real life. We use the real plan, transition, tension, decision, team, or season you are navigating.

Change is continuous. Leadership happens in real time.

Present Continuous Leadership™ is the practice of leading yourself, your people + what matters while change is happening. It helps you notice what is true, choose what deserves your time, energy + presence, + build the behaviors that keep movement possible.

I use three lenses to help you make clearer choices:

  • Time: What matters now, later, differently, or no longer?

  • Energy: What is fueling, draining, or shaping what is possible?

  • Presence: What is true here + now?

Then we use the CREATE elements: Consistency, Repetition, Energy, Attention, Time + Empathy. This is how clarity becomes behavior + behavior becomes movement.

Clarity you can feel + be.

My work helps people + organizations create:

  • Clearer decisions + priorities

  • More intentional use of time + energy

  • Less reactivity + more steadiness

  • Stronger trust + more honest communication

  • Consistent behavior that keeps the work moving

  • Change that does not treat the human experience like collateral damage

How We’re Different

CLARITY THAT MOVES

Clarity is where we start. We get underneath the noise, name what’s actually happening + identify what matters now. Then we turn that clarity into movement. Because knowing more isn’t the goal. Moving forward with intention is.

What needs your attention right now?

WE GET TO THE ROOT

We’re not interested in surface fixes that make things look better for a minute. If you are looking to check a box or just “spent that line item”, this is not that!

We dig in. We ask better questions, notice patterns + get curious about what’s really getting in the way. That’s where meaningful change starts. Get to the root + the work gets clearer from there.

What becomes possible when people trust themselves + each other enough to move?

HUMAN. always.

Change is personal. Even when it’s organizational. We make room for the actual humans experiencing the shift, with all their context, emotion, wisdom + resistance. Empathy, trust + care aren’t extras in this work. They’re part of how change actually moves. That's Present Continuous Leadership™ in practice.

What does this shift require from the humans living through it?

Meet Varsey

Cluster of light blue oval stones or pebbles on a white background.

I’m Varsey Laurelle, Founder + Chief Change Officer of Varsey Laurelle Enterprises + creator of Present Continuous Leadership™. I help people tell the truth about what is happening, get clear about what matters + choose how to move with more intention, care + follow-through.

I bring over two decades of experience in organizational change, business psychology, human behavior, coaching, facilitation + leadership development. I also bring warmth, candor + humor. Sometimes people need a thoughtful question. Sometimes they need a well-timed joke room + confidence to just say the damn thing.

I’m a Certified Executive Leadership Coach, trained Crucial Conversations + Development Dimensions International (DDI) facilitator, + a Certified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Assessor. I also serve on the Board of Directors at Freedom a la Cart, supporting survivors of sex trafficking in Ohio.

When I’m not helping people + organizations get shift done, I’m somewhere deep in a meaningful conversation (prob with a glass of bubbly), dreaming up ways to make communities feel more like home.
